My husband and I went to leave our 2020 Elantra for service but we were not satisfied with what was happening to our car. Since I received a letter from Lia Hyundai to trade it in, we then decided to service but we were not satisfied with what was happening to our car. Since I received a letter from Lia Hyundai to trade it in, we then decided to check into a new car and received excellent customer service from Quaran Beckett. He took his time to explain everything to us and helped us extremely well in our car buying process and made it very comfortable to work with him. We definitely recommend anyone to go to Lia Hyundai of Hartford for great service. More

What can I say? ! I have purchased 4 cars from Lia Hyundai of Hartford but this was my favorite yet. The sales man Anthony Jordan was respectful, polite and had a smi ! I have purchased 4 cars from Lia Hyundai of Hartford but this was my favorite yet. The sales man Anthony Jordan was respectful, polite and had a smile that would light up a room. I told him what I wanted and he delivered with the very first vehicle he showed me. Anthony Jordan wasn’t pushy, he didn’t try to give me any slick gimmicks. He simply delivered and met my needs. Service really did a good deed! I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to char I expected to be gouged when I could not get my oil filter off my used car I just bought - but they took care of it and did not use as excuse to charge me for a stripped thread for example - but rather changed the filter and oil for free!! I was amazed. The sales rep "Mo" unfortunately LIED to my face about the maintenance plan being required for the financing to be approved - don't fall for it - took me 4 months to get refunded the almost 4K cost for that plan (Thanks Sara). Wells Fargo informed me that this happens all the time so I know it wasn't a mistake. But the service team did the right thing!!! Thanks Lia! More
