Pleasantly surprised!!! I usually go to the Hyundai dealership in enfield and end up getting screwed every time, I love Hyundai’s so that’s why I kept going back. After spending months looking for a specific make and model in black, Hartford had it!!! I called to place the car on hold immediately! When I arrived I met Ira, and I’m so glad I did!!! He not only was very personable, he wasn’t a “pushy” car salesman- you can tell he really wants to help get you into your dream car! I was only there for a few short hours, and it totally flew by- we chatted about music and art, he felt like a true friend! I can’t say enough wonderful things, not only did ira put me in a brand new 2018 (not the car I originally wanted, this was way better) he hooked me up with three free years of blue link, a free oil change! I also sat and spoke with Sarah in Finance she was also very funny and we shared a few laughs. All of the staff at this location were smiling, and very friendly I will NEVER go to the enfield location again- Hartford is officially stuck with me!
