It didn’t start out well.. But it ended more than very well. After a visit to Lester Glenn and several e mails and phone calls to he sales rep I had first talked with, with no But it ended more than very well. After a visit to Lester Glenn and several e mails and phone calls to he sales rep I had first talked with, with no response, I stopped in. Already angry, I found a new sales rep and relayed my dealings so far to him...Anthony was his name...long story short, the first sales rep had made a mistake in the price he gave me for a new Genesis...inititally I was told it was not “doable”, but Sales Manager Frank Simeone stepped in to listen. He heard my entire story, read the e mails I had with the first quote, went away for a bit and came back and said “we made a mistake. We are going to own up to it and the car you want will be yours at that price!!”. Well, problem was that the car I wanted couldn’t be found,..they checked inventory, dealers within 300 miles..nope. Frank promised that he would search near and far for that car. I left thinking “yeah, right...it’s in the dealership’s interest not to find me that car so they don’t take the hit for that mistake”. Well, not a week later, Frank called me and said “it’s here..come pick it up”!! I was so happy that I went that same day, met with Frank (and a really super salesperson Sarah Walsh, who knew EVERYTHING about the Genesis and was so nice), and drove the car away that days!!! Frank was so pleasant, nice, helpful and honest. I can’t thank him enough! More
