The experience is always pleasant and professional. I have referred Sarah to friends and relatives in the past and will continue to do so. If Lester Glenn really wants my two cents....I think you should pay Sarah extra to train your other sales representatives. Being in sales for over 40 years myself, I have found it impossible to find someone with Sarah's skills. Her pleasant demeanor and no BS approach to selling a commodity such as an automobile is very refreshing. I'm sure you have other very competent sales people. I believe they would be even more effective if they had a touch of Sarah as part of their interaction with your customers and prospects. Phil More
