He wasn't aggressive in his sales technique and got to the bottom line quickly, of which I truly appreciated and will be a loyal customer. I had a problem with my blue link connection and I stopped in on a day that Frank happened to be off, however to my luck Sarah Walsh took the time to reactivate it.
