Extremely satisfied! I had the pleasure of working with Rocco who showed us a 2013 Optima SX. He was extremely knowledgeable and not in any way pushy to make a sale. He gu I had the pleasure of working with Rocco who showed us a 2013 Optima SX. He was extremely knowledgeable and not in any way pushy to make a sale. He guided us through a test drive and we absolutely loved the car. We ended up buying the car and Rocco even worked with the finance department to come in a 1/2 percent lower than what we were approved for at our bank. I highly recommend working with Rocco and the Lupient staff. More
