Car broke down on side of road 1 week later I brought my car in for a multi point inspection and complained of a sparatic tugging while driving and i needed new light bulbs in front. They performed the inspection and informed of need for new brakes and rotors Which was explained to be the cause of the tugging and said we need new pig tails. All in all this came to about $400. No other recommended services to be performed. We had an out of state trip to Florida we were getting the car for. Needless to say a week later we brake down on the side of the road. The engine blew! Car began throttling down, engine light flashing and loud knocking noise, we immediately stopped. So you’re telling me these mechanics could not decipher any engine misfires or issues a week prior?! We were stranded on the side of the Florida turnpike, had to get towed to the Leesburg KIA, pay for a hotel and call off of work. What a hassle and waste of money! Very disappointed with KIA and dissatisfied with service. ( Engine is on back order, we’re in a rental until further notice and i was forced to leave my car 6 hours away from home) More
