From the time the service valet guys take your car to the time you get your car back, you are treated like royalty. Savannah is the reason I come back to BMW for service. She’s the best! They don’t return phone calls. I waited two days to get a response from them. I can’t believe it took a day and a half to have an oil change. I live in Los Angeles and needed to visit the dealership because I made an appointment with the Product specialist (Bob ) , thank Orlando ( sales person ),gratitude for a smooth transaction by Gilbert ( fi because I made an appointment with the Product specialist (Bob ) , thank Orlando ( sales person ),gratitude for a smooth transaction by Gilbert ( finance ) and to the lady who is the side kick to Certified BMW and a big player for overall finance . The Queen no ?! Savannah . Ran into Gary who delivered my car . A last minute fix on my car for a pressure issue,which was attended by Bryan . Folks it’s Saturday - service closes at 2 pm . This time Bryan coordinated with all of the above to fix the issue .Who does that ? - only people who or persons that care . Then being the starving pig that I am , at that hour lunch was brought to me by the receptionists at service and the front desk . On top of that 3 ladies got me an ice tea ! I was ordained the Pasha! I was seduced by the BMW accessories store . The guy (Juan) was helpful with recommendations and I willingly opened my wallet to the tune of $350 . The space (showroom) is so clean , littered with Orchids and static BMW displays, that adorn the floor . I ask myself and you why wouldn’t you want a relationship with BMW of Palm Springs ? It would be madness not to have one - in fact my car will always be serviced by them( yes I will drive it 2.45 hrs) ,but I’ll have to be patient about an upgrade in vehicle in due time . Little did any of the persons described have any idea that I was looking for a corner of real estate in the showroom ,where I could possibly move in! When you get waited on hand and foot like I did why wouldn’t I look for my own spot. This is very much a business that is about people that communicate and care . Oh btw they sell beautiful BMWs! Caution to the wind - this looks like an Influencer comment but I’m not, nor was I compensated for my true words. Better sign off .. my fingers are starting to ache typing in this small box. More
