I filled out the online info that I was interested in a used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called m used car they had on their lot and Mike gave me a call with in an hour. I explained what i was look for and that I was on a tight budget, he called me back with info that was very helpful but I let him know that I needed to extend the loan to 60 months, that's when Ed got involved. I received a call Monday morning that they could work with me on that. I went to the site Monday night, looked at and test drove the Durango, then met with Scott and drove it off the lot. Very helpful, friendly and listened to what I was looking for and got everything lined up for me. I will recommend them to my friends and family and concider them first for all my future veichles. Being a full time student and only working part time, I was not sure if I would be able to get an affordable financing option. The employees at Brian Hoskins were able to work with me and ultimately give me a monthly payment that I could comfortable afford without putting to much money down. I was on a search for a used Toyota Matrix online and came across the car I'd been looking for at Brian Hoskins Ford. I sent a message through Auto Trader's website and quickly received a response from M came across the car I'd been looking for at Brian Hoskins Ford. I sent a message through Auto Trader's website and quickly received a response from Mike directing me to view even more photos of the vehicle on the dealership website. I was glad to see more views of the car and the quality of the pictures was much better too. Even though it was over an hour away from our house, we decided to go in for a test drive. Mike had the car ready for us when we got there and even though he was running late that morning, his co-workers were all very friendly and helpful with setting us up for the test drive. I feel we were given a fair trade-in price on our vehicle and Scot was able to get us a great rate for a loan. We reached our goal of having a much lower monthly payment for our family car and drove off the lot with the car we wanted and smiles on our faces. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks guys!
