my appointment was 9am. i was told they would have it done by 1. i called at 145 to see the status and was told it had just gone in the shop because they were behind. nobody i was told they would have it done by 1. i called at 145 to see the status and was told it had just gone in the shop because they were behind. nobody could call to let me know? at 215 scott called to tell me the suggestions they had for me to get done. i declined and he said my car should be ready soon. about 30 mins later still no call my car was done so i showed up. there was nobody else waiting in the waiting room. 15 mins later my car was done. for a 9am appt being done at 3 is ridiuclous. i understand things happen and im a patient person but a call would have been nice. but i did get $5 off my oil change...and after tax i still cost me more. what a joke of a coupon. needless to say unless i have an emergency i probably wont be back. which is pretty sad after having bought all my cars here and over 20 years of business . More
