Excellent service From Scott Berrier I have purchased 9 Toyota’s in my life from Metro Toyota. They have the best service department. My car was vandalized and I needed my side passenge I have purchased 9 Toyota’s in my life from Metro Toyota. They have the best service department. My car was vandalized and I needed my side passenger mirror replaced. I emailed Scott Berrier on Monday morning; he called me at 7:30. He gave me a price, said he would have the part the next day and we set up an appt for Wednesday. Was in and out in 40 minutes. I have always received excellent customer service from Scott. More

40K service I was greeted promptly. Reviewed reason for service visit with service tech. Service tech called later to suggest other recommended service items. I was greeted promptly. Reviewed reason for service visit with service tech. Service tech called later to suggest other recommended service items. Car ready earlier than promised. No problems. Also purchased wiper blade replacements for our other Sienna van from Service Counter. Was told to drive into service entrance and they would install the inserts. Returned to service entrance and a mechanic installed the inserts free of charge. Pleased with the experience. More

However, one sore point is being approached by a sales team member, who pulled up a chair and sat down, as I waited for completion of my car service. This is offensive, aggressive and a poor idea.
