I neeeded my oil changed last minute before a long road trip and the guys from Kunes got my vehicle in within hours, picked it up and dropped it back off while at work so it was ready to go! Free! Scott Bice, the salesperson helping me was wonderful! He completely understood I was not in a position or ready to buy the car but answered all the questions with the utmost patience. There was no pressure that day which ended up being four days prior to our purchasing the Pacifica. After looking at a couple different vehicles in a variety of lots and then doing my homework online, my husband and I returned to the dealership to test drive the car again. We both liked it and asked for the trade-in value for our current vehicle. Negotiations were fair and friendly and I truly felt that Scott and Kunes Country wanted to do the best possible for us and our community. We had searched and searched and everything kept falling through until Scott messaged me with a proposal...a BRAND NEW JOURNEY. Everything went smoothly and we signed the papers the very next day. We had to wait for our Journey to arrive since it was coming from the factory and he hooked us up with a different Journey while we waited. His caring personality and ability to know what can potentionaly be a great deal is the reason I finally have my Journey 😀 5 stars and 10 rating!!! Thanks Scott!! More
