I had a very serious problem corrected without cost. My ten year old Lexus developed a major problem due to the poor quality gasoline that has been produced by even the best brands. Even though it was not, strictly speaking, the fault of Lexus, the problem was corrected by LEXUS and Westside without cost or inconvenience to me. I have dealt with him several times and I can't say enough nice words about him.
