I had a very serious problem corrected without cost. My ten year old Lexus developed a major problem due to the poor quality gasoline that has been produced by even the best brands. Even though it was not, strictly speaking, the fault of Lexus, the problem was corrected by LEXUS and Westside without cost or inconvenience to me. When it becomes necessary for me to purchase another car, it will be a Lexus. P.S. Routine service is competent and performed quickly. More

I have dealt with several service advisors and they are all professional and very pleasant. My latest visit was with Scott Bissonett. I have dealt with him several times and I can't say enough nice words about him. This is my third Lexus, with the first two being purchased through Sterling McCall and my current Lexus was purchased at Westside. Hands down, Westside is the best. Keep up the good work. More
