I did not have an appointment. I was checked in quickly. The service advisor alerted me that it might be late in the day before my vehicle would be ready. I had someone pick me up I was checked in quickly. The service advisor alerted me that it might be late in the day before my vehicle would be ready. I had someone pick me up from the dealership. I was called an hour or so later and told that my car had been taken in for servicing and the technician recommended several services besides what I had requested. The advisor called me an hour or so later to alert me that my car was ready. I think it is great that he was able to get it in, checked out and have the services completely much earlier than I expected. More
