I came into the service department because my front brakes were squealing. One of the rotors was nicked and needed to be replaced. They replaced both rotors and pads but i kept hearing a noise. I to brakes were squealing. One of the rotors was nicked and needed to be replaced. They replaced both rotors and pads but i kept hearing a noise. I took it back and Scott asked Keith the foreman to test drive it with me. Keith heard it and solved the problem. I heard noises from the back brakes and Keith also test drove it and realized that noise was normal and explained it to me. I appreciate the time and care they gave me without making me feel like I was just hearing things. Scott went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Thanks Scott and Keith!
