Above and beyond customer service! Completely went above and beyond. Kept an eye out for a specific set of criteria of the vehicle we were in search of. My first purchase at a dealership I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the fir I had a great experience at Nissan in Cookeville! My sales person was Scott Davenport and I felt like he went above and beyond for me. He knew the first day I came that I wasn't expecting to purchase on that day but he still tried to help me find a car in my budget, took his time with me, and let me test drive my favorite that day. I went to four dealerships in Cookeville that day and he was the only person to do that since they all knew I didn't want to purchase on that day. This caused me to come back the next morning and know what car I wanted and who I wanted to buy it from! He knew that this was my first time buying a car from a dealership so he tried to provide me with as much information as possible and help me understand everything. He was extremely nice and helpful for my entire experience. He even called me yesterday to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and to see if I needed anything. My mom was with me for my purchase and she even said that she wants to go back to Nissan and buy from Scott when she is ready to upgrade her vehicle. Stephanie Boles was also great in the finance office and helped figure out the best deal that would work for me! Great service! More
