We drove to this dealership to test drive a specific car, but when my wife spotted the Lexus, she had to have it. Mason is a consummate professional. He allowed us to test drive both vehicles at our own pace but when my wife spotted the Lexus, she had to have it. Mason is a consummate professional. He allowed us to test drive both vehicles at our own pace, did not pressure or mislead us, and was incredibly positive (even though he was working on memorial day!). He was candid and honest about the entire process, values that are exceptionally hard to find right now. I have bought a number of fine vehicles over the years but I have not had an experience as painless as this - to the extent that I am considering buying from this dealership again. Great job Mason! The dealership had recently moved to a new building. It was very clean and well organized. I did have to wait approximately an hour after completing the deal to sign paperwork because there were 4 sales It was very clean and well organized. I did have to wait approximately an hour after completing the deal to sign paperwork because there were 4 sales finalized at approximately the same time, thus the paperwork signing was a bit rushed due to the process being completed after store hours. James was a tremendous sales representative. His communication was excellent and transparent and a deal was made that was fair to both parties. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family looking for a used vehicle. More
