Scott Ferguson was amazing! The guy needs a raise. He was the only redeeming factor about this place! Everyone else I met, Endy-I believe his name was- in financing, was rud The guy needs a raise. He was the only redeeming factor about this place! Everyone else I met, Endy-I believe his name was- in financing, was rude. He had an attitude that made me feel like he loathed me and like I was wasting his time. It is a long story and to spare details I will shorten it by saying this. I drove over an hour and back 3 days in a row to finish the financing and two of the times I drove up it was for nothing. One of those times I was told I couldn’t go back home in the car, that I was allowed to take home the previous day by the wonderful Scott Ferguson (who is a great salesman with amazing customer service skills) and I needed to have someone pick me up Even though everyone that could was over an hour away. ooo and I had my two small children and mother with me. When I explained the situation he still didn’t care just kept saying “it wasn’t his fault…Scott shouldn’t have let me take the car if the financing wasn’t finished” finally my father called Scott and Scott saved the day. after that, every dealing I had with Endy was almost unbearable. Finally the financing was finished and next came the Plate problem… So I bought the car in SC but was moving to Florida so they had to give me a temp tag until they got the FL paper work figured out. I called the dealership twice within my 30 day period to find out what I should do about the tag and if there was something I should do or needed to do. I kept getting this answer from everyone “your fine! we have it taken care of don’t worry about it. It should come in the mail soon” Once I was about 6 days away from my tag expiring and I saw nothing or heard nothing my dad and I called to get a more in depth answer about my tag. Enter Danielle the “title clerk” We called her on May 14th, if you call her you have to leave a VM, then you maybe will get a call back. She called us back after a few hours to tell us she was full from lunch but also that she just got what she needed to send everything to the DMV and that I should receive my stuff by the Tuesday, which was also the day my temp tag was supposed to expire. So then she says and I quote “I’ll send you an another …. day temp tag in the mail” just call if you don’t receive it Tuesday” then she says “no NVM you know what I’m just gonna go ahead and send you one now just in case.” (She never did). Well it comes Tuesday I’m in FL alone because my husband is out of town…I have two small kids no family and 1 car that has an expired out of state tag. I got to my mailbox and there is some mail from Tammy at Toyota of Easley wrapped up in a FedEx flat mailer. Mail that went through the MCO FedEx terminal at the airport. I open it and guess what?! it’s someone else’s title and receipt…complete with their address, DL number and all the info any criminal could want. For a BMW that I don’t own. When I call about it I get told to wait. Then hours later I get not a phone call, but a text message from this lady telling me they didn’t send the piece of mail with with their address on it. No the DMV did that…the local Orlando DMV somehow messed up and sent me the wrong papers but they also had to send it to me locally in a FedEx envelope and somehow also had to have it flown into MCO? When I questioned that, seeming strange, she said “Oo we make extra labels for the DMV so we don’t have to pay their mailing fees??? What?! Then she proceeded to tell me it’s just easier at this point for me to drive to the DMV with my expired tag and go get the plate myself… Now I don’t have a problem with people making mistakes we are but mere humans I am a forgiving person. But this lady just kept telling lie after lie to me and acting like she did nothing. Long story short. I went to the DMV got my tag right there but was charged an unexpected 500 dollars that Mr. Endy left out. Oo and the DMV said that Danielle was wrong that if I received mail from them it would be in a official DMV envelope… More

Let me start by saying, GOD IS GOOD! !! I had been driving the same car for 17 years and it was time for me to purchase a more dependable vehicle. At such time as I reached out to this !! I had been driving the same car for 17 years and it was time for me to purchase a more dependable vehicle. At such time as I reached out to this dealership, I had already dealt with three or four local dealerships, over the course of two weeks, trying to secure a deal for a Jeep Wrangler. It was a vicious cycle of phone calls and text messages with much aggravation, yet no luck! I fell in love with a Jeep on this website and reached out to the dealership. I spoke with Scott Ferguson on the telephone on the morning of August 18th, at 11:24 am. I told him which vehicle I was interested in and how much I could afford to pay. Shortly after speaking with him, I bowed my head at my desk and prayed, "Father God this is the Jeep I want, if it is the right deal for me, please make it happen"! At exactly 11:54 am, Scott called me back and told me we had a deal! No haggling, no hassle and absolutely no pressure! Although I haven't purchased a vehicle in many years, this was by far my best buying experience ever! From start to finish I knew it was a blessing from God! Scott and Walker treated me with respect, professionalism and complete understanding, as they navigated me through the process. Scott even agreed to meet me halfway, in Augusta, GA, to deliver the Jeep on Thursday, August 18th. Each and every time I get behind the wheel of my 2022 TUSCADERO PINK JEEP WRANGLER, I am so very grateful to God and these Godly men who made it an absolutely stress free process! I 100% recommend this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle and I guarantee you they won't disappoint!!! More
