He was SO patient with us and went to great lengths to find just the right Lexus for us -- one that fits our lifestyle and price range, as well as the one with the right options for us. Previously, we had a non-ownership love for Lexus, but now we have our very own to cherish. This dealership is truly one of the best in the country, Ken (and everyone else we met there) treated us like family! We finalized our sale with another true professional, Frank Justin, who walked us through all of the paperwork, all of the legalities and responsibilities of ownership, registrations, warranties and everything financial. Again what a pleasant/no pressure person to deal with! More
