I really enjoy getting my vehicle serviced from Serra Nissan in Centerpoint. The environment is warm and welcoming not to mentioned the serviceman are always open and honest about the condition regarding Nissan in Centerpoint. The service department sucks. I had a new Auxillary/phone USB Port installed 2 weeks ago and it don't work. I was told by Scott Fuller that nothing could be done about it.
