A very good, stress free experience! I just purchased a 2018 Equinox from Ryan Chevrolet. This is the third vehicle we purchased from that dealership and the second time we worked with I just purchased a 2018 Equinox from Ryan Chevrolet. This is the third vehicle we purchased from that dealership and the second time we worked with Scott Goodmanson. We needed to trade in our old Trail Blazer for a car for me. My husband was is Florida and saw the Equinox online and wanted me to go see and drive it. Of course I wanted to wait for my husband to get back the following month before even looking for a car, but I remembered how easy it was to work with Scott. He had talked to me as well as my husband and patiently answered my questions to make sure I was just as knowledgeable as my husband about the new vehicle. Bottom line - I am now driving a wonderful (and very smart) 2018 Equinox that I love. It was a very good experience, no pressure, fair deal and all my questions answered. Also, I feel comfortable going back to talk to Scott if I have any questions. He is knowledgeable and patient, but most of all, he was kind. And as a Senior Citizen I am finding those qualities harder and harder to find. I would definitely recommend Scott and Ryan Chevrolet. And, by the way, they have really good coffee!! More

Wet good expirience I spoke with Scott on the phone and he was able to find information about a vehicle I was interested in. They were patient as I drive over an hour to arrive and had the car ready for me to test. Associates stayed after hours in order to accommodate for me. Pricing and negotiating was all fair.
