Great Staff, Great Service, Great Cost! Had an appointment at another dealership that same day, but then my friend picked me up for lunch in her brand new Equinox and I was in love. We were only a few blocks from Ryan Chevrolet and she insisted we stop by so I could talk to Scott. I'm glad she did! Scott was amazing and within a few hours I was joined by my husband and we were signing purchasing papers. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. I've had great experiences at both Ryan locations in Buffalo. We wouldn't buy from anyone else! I love my new Equinox!! More

Top Sales Person I have been looking for a Honda Odyssey for the past several months, searching on line. I even went to another dealer about a month ago, and when I s I have been looking for a Honda Odyssey for the past several months, searching on line. I even went to another dealer about a month ago, and when I saw the car, I didn't even take it for a test drive. I expanded my search to 150 miles from my home. That is when I saw the vehicle I was looking for on Ryan Auto Mall website. I contacted the dealership, and spoke with Scott. We set up an appointment, and when I arrived, I was completely impressed. They had it inside, and it was all cleaned inside and out. We took it for a test drive, and returned to make Scott an offer. We negotiated a price, and we left with our car. Scott couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships over my life, and I would not hesitate to return to Ryan's Auto Mall for my next vehicle. Great job! More
