Aft Having need for an oil change in my truck, I sent a quick email inquiry to the Ryan Auto Mall regarding the new 2015 Special Edition Silverado's. After learning they had what I was interested in, Pat Ryan made time for me with their Sales Manager, Scott Goodmanson that afternoon. Upon arrival, they had the truck pulled up front waiting for me to look at. While test driving, Scott quickly assessed the value of my truck and put together a deal that was to good to pass up! I got a tour of the service facilities, and a thorough walk-though of all the new technology features in the truck. Scott even showed me how to download and operate the RemoteLink app! Lisa Stifter in the accessories department also helped me decide on a couple of additional accessories and promptly scheduled the installation. This was my first time at Ryan Auto Mall, and it was my best buying experience out of the six Silverado's I've purchased since 1997. More
