It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I didn't know what to expect, given the reputation that some car dealerships have. I completed a 30 second credit application Sunday night and by Monday afternoon I had my visit scheduled to look at the vehicles. Scott met with me and from the start he was friendly, informative, and straight-forward. From the test drive to the paper-work, it was a smooth flowing experience. When speaking with Lisa from the accessories department she was very helpful on the different options available to help protect my new vehicle, plus able to assist me in viewing additional options if I wished to add them on later. Neither Scott nor Lisa tried to "pressure sell" to me, which I appreciated because it made for a great 1st time car buying experience. Greg was very helpful in the financing, he was able to get me a rate that I was comfortable with and informative on the different warranty options, in order to choose the one that best fit my needs. I ended up purchasing a new, 2012 Chevy Equinox, I would recommend both the vehicle and Scott to any potential buyers looking to purchase a new vehicle.
