Incompetent. Basically did nothing at 3 year service and charged $1500. Another dealer found brake issues, strut issues and a very worn tire. A very good experience all around. I was happy that they were able to complete the service the same day, so that I didn't need to leave the vehicle overnight. Slight miscue with the ca I was happy that they were able to complete the service the same day, so that I didn't need to leave the vehicle overnight. Slight miscue with the car not actually being ready when I arrive, but I think that was more of an IT issue, and they didn't realize I was coming to get the car so soon after I was notified that it was ready. Hey, it's Steve White not Monica. Scott always does a great job for me. The only problem was that I had scheduled the service well in advance to have a loaner car. When I arrived, I was informed by Johnny that there were no loaners available. Lyft worked out fine, but a phone call would have been helpful. More
