When I drove my car home and checked the app later that night, it was apparent that the oil which was changed was not replaced with new oil. planned. I live 92 miles away and potentially could’ve damaged my engine had I not checked. Once brought to their attention, they immediately sent somebody out to my house to add oil in. I’m sure it was an honest mistake, but something that was surprising to have happened at such a prestigious dealership. More
