Tim was able to get his back on the right track after I was very dissatisfied with prior service. I was told the vehicle could do something and was ready to tow when it was not. Additional equipment had to was very dissatisfied with prior service. I was told the vehicle could do something and was ready to tow when it was not. Additional equipment had to be installed which Chase picked up the cost for it. It should not have been such a hassle, though to get to that point. Dear Chevrolet. I couldn’t be more unhappy with my 2023 Chevrolet lt Silverado. David lied to me about the car bravo. He misspelled my first name. There are two t s I couldn’t be more unhappy with my 2023 Chevrolet lt Silverado. David lied to me about the car bravo. He misspelled my first name. There are two t s in Matthew. David didn’t tell me it was uncertified. He definitely over charged me. I believe he put me in an unsafe truck so chase Chevrolet could make more of a profit. I could have bought anything. He didn’t even show me a new truck. Didn’t have me test drive it. Didn’t even start it. I couldn’t be more unhappy with Chevrolet. The plastics have wax all over them and he put some stuff on the plastic to sell me an unsafe truck. The front fenders aren’t even painted all the way. The paint is below sub par. I also found a flashlight under the hood. I tried to buy a truck from chase Chevrolet for a year and this is what they put me in. Chase Chevrolet most definitely does not care about anyone. All they care about is the profit. David should have put me in a new truck. I have had six surgeries on my legs I still have a metal rod in my femur. I am so disappointed with chase Chevrolet and am sad that Chevrolet is so selfish and uncaring. Soon as the title arrives in the mail I’ll be going to a reputable dealership to pick up a safe vehicle. Chevrolet should be ashamed of themselves for putting me in a sub par over priced. Uncertified truck. David should be fired for being so incompetent. I am also shocked that Chevrolet has the audacity to send me a letter in the mail welcoming me to the Chevrolet family. I don’t want any part of Your greedy selfish deceptive family. I give Chevrolet zero stars. More

David was GREAT! I originally reached out and spoke to Jaime who was off the day I went in but he made sure I was taken care and introduced me to David. David was working with multiple customers but still made sure to take care of all my needs. I couldn’t even tell because he was fully focus on getting me my dream truck. Jaime even reached back out to me the following day to make sure everything went good and I couldn’t have been happier. I will only deal with these 2 gentleman in the future as I have never had such a great experience at a dealership like I had with these 2 guys. They’re great!!!! The whole team was great honestly. They even brought me and my wife some food. It doesn’t get any better service than that. Thank you David! Thank you Jaime and thank you team. More

I love Chase Chevrolet, but post covid their quality control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid c control has diminished. Recently I brought my 3500 dually in for an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised that I was due for a transmission fluid change, but that would take an additional 2-3 hours. Nearly six hours later my truck is handed back to me with the TPMS system not working (working prior to arrival though) and told hopefully after driving some it would come back. Nope, a 6 hour drive later and unable to return to Chase, 5 of my 6 sensors came alive. I stopped by my local Les Schwab to replace the bad sensor, or at least I thought. Nope as it turns out the sensor was destroyed when the tech at Chase removed my tires for rotation. On a positive note I reached out to Matt Constant to rectify the situation and he assured me that he would fix the issue and make it right with me. This is why I always come back to Chase Chevrolet, they stand behind their work, however this is the second time something has had to have been made right with a tire rotation on my truck, on the quick lube side, on top of the nearly 6 hour wait. More
