I don't hold this dealer responsible for what I considered a scam from Dodge/Chrysler. My recall on Mt 3500 was not offered with an extended warranty as they made it seem. I do hold this dealership responsible for doing and inspection and telling me that I need front pads and rotors, put everything back together without showing me the items in question, but they didn't hesitate on give me a quote to repair the items. I can't take the word of this dealer after feeling I was mislead by Dodge to begin with. More
