I am filing this complaint regarding Dodge of Dade City due to repeated unprofessional conduct, unsafe service practices, and refusal to properly address warranty concerns on my nearly new 2025 Dodge Charg due to repeated unprofessional conduct, unsafe service practices, and refusal to properly address warranty concerns on my nearly new 2025 Dodge Charger EV. The vehicle was purchased with 53 miles and currently has approximately 800 miles. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced ongoing electrical issues. The dealership has minimized these concerns, stated the behavior is “normal,” and attempted to shift blame to me rather than performing proper diagnostics. I was told that if I bring the vehicle in and they “find nothing,” I would be responsible for paying for a rental vehicle despite the car being under factory warranty. The dealership returned my vehicle with underbody/steering components left unsecured and hanging. When I raised this safety concern, I was told this is “how it comes,” which is false and unacceptable. They also failed to protect the interior during service, leaving dirt from technician shoes inside the vehicle. My vehicle was left outside during rain while in their possession, resulting in water intrusion and potential electrical exposure. The dealership attempted to blame me for this condition rather than taking responsibility for the handling of the vehicle. They refused to honor a tint-related repair by falsely claiming the tint was aftermarket, despite the vehicle being purchased essentially brand new and the tint being installed prior to delivery. When I requested to speak with the General Manager, I was denied access and told to leave by a shop manager. This is now my third attempt to resolve issues with this dealership, and each visit has worsened the situation. I am requesting accountability, proper warranty service by a qualified EV-certified technician, and authorization to have my vehicle serviced at a different Dodge-certified location due to loss of trust in Dodge of Dade City. More

Impeccable service. Great communication. Their service group truly works as a team. I came in my “assigned” rep on paper was busy and immediately another team member Great communication. I came in my “assigned” rep on paper was busy and immediately another team member stepped in and took care of checking in my car, answering question and getting me setup. They communicated through out my car being serviced. They came in at my estimate which is a bonus. Couldn’t be happier. More

Went in with a anti freese leak and a tire sensor had an 8 am appointment they didn’t even look st my truck till 3 pm and did not even have the decency to call me they sent an email??? What a bunch of cooks, left with a 8 thousand dollar bill for work on the lemon they sold me xxxx poor customers service never again will i bring the truck ( LEMON) they sold me in for any type of service it just not worth thr aggravation if you buy from this dealership buyer bewear for me never again .!!!!!!!!!! And they still charged me $247 to look at what i had already told them what was wrong!!!!!! More

This is the second truck I bought from this dealer and I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer. The maintenance program has been great. The service has been most of the time very very good. They’ve will never buy a vehicle from any other dealer. The maintenance program has been great. The service has been most of the time very very good. They’ve always treated me fairly and always gave me the best deal and I wouldn’t wouldn’t have it any other way by any other Dealer and I have a Dealer with an a mile from my house but I travel 45 minutes to go to this dealer because I respect them and they’ve always been good by me.
