I was told it would be approximately a two hour wait; however, my vehicle was serviced and ready to go within an hour and a half. The personnel were very friendly and the waiting room is very nice. I've had vehicles from other dealerships that had limited waiting room space and you felt like you were on top of each other. Jim Browne's waiting room is large, provides free water and some snacks, and you have plenty of spaced out seating so you're not sitting on top of each other. Overall it makes it a very nice experience when waiting for your vehicle. More
