In May I noticed my 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie leaking oil from the timing gasket. Dealership confirmed and scheduled repair, took the cab off and used gasket maker. The truck was down for 10 days waiting on from the timing gasket. Dealership confirmed and scheduled repair, took the cab off and used gasket maker. The truck was down for 10 days waiting on repair. A week later it started leaking more than the original leak, turned out they used gasket maker not the gasket itself. Now I have residue all over the engine. They tell me to keep driving it and locate a gasket. Truck was down another 14 days. They fix with the gasket by taking the cab off again, only for this time the engine to be making a noise when you let off accelerator. I take it back, third time is the charm right. This time they say it’s the CP3 a 9000$ repair. They warrantied this repair yet it wasn’t the problem. Truck continued to make this noise upon letting off accelerator just as it did before the CP3 was replaced. They will not assist or warranty any further repairs on this. Keep in mind this truck was running perfect when and never had any issues prior to the oil leak. Since they took the cab off multiple times it’s been a nightmare. Trading it in I’m taking a hit because it’s running rough. Took it to another shop they did a valve adjustment and rocker arm adjustment and said part of the issue is from the take apart/put together. Needless to say I DO not recommend their diesel service. My truck was better off with an oil leak than it is after the “repair” not to mention the 30 days out of use. Save frustration go elsewhere. Meanwhile every day I have a constant reminder of their work… More

i was a little disapointed as i brought jeep in for first service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and c service. that all went very well. Gen was outstanding with me. but my auto start /stop switch did not work from day one when i picked it up. and check engine light would show up on occasion. so when they checked it out Jeep wanted it broguth back for another visit to figure out the problem. i live an hour away from dealership so i brought it back as requested and a loaner car was given to me after four hours i receive a call and was told a cure for this was forth coming from jeep. and i came back to pick it up and the Auto/start stop switch still does not work. gene explained that is there is a problem that it wont work meaning the check engine light coming on and off. jeep is running fine but it would be nice to have it running 100% with everything like it was made to do. employees at dealership are doing everything they can i feel. but Jeep has left me a little bit unhappy. now i am looking at another drive over and a leave it scenario. 20 days after purchase, took my brand new vehicle in complaining of electrical and transmission issues and was told "i put too much gas in it" and i was having "buyers remorse." At day 45, my transmissi complaining of electrical and transmission issues and was told "i put too much gas in it" and i was having "buyers remorse." At day 45, my transmission goes out and I am stranded on the interstate. After almost a month of driving a rental I get the car back with no gas in it. This is my third new vehicle purchase and by far the worst experience ive ever had. The customer service is terrible...i finally called customer relations because i was getting no updates on the vehicle. They offered nothing for the inconvenience of the whole situation either. No Sirius extension, warranty extensions, nothing. It was like they did me a favor for covering the cost of a faulty transmission. The fact that they gave me the car back with the gas light on was the final slap in the face. I have an annoying rattle coming from the engine now that im not even willing to have them look at. Save yourself a headache and some money and go somewhere else. The lack of communication and chaos among staff should be enough to deter anyone. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED More
