5 STAR SERVICE…. I highly recommend the Ed Martin Dealership in Anderson, Indiana! I had been searching the Carvana website for over six months looking for the perfec I highly recommend the Ed Martin Dealership in Anderson, Indiana! I had been searching the Carvana website for over six months looking for the perfect Dodge Ram when my family and I decided to stop into the Ed Martin Dealership just to look around. Generally speaking, I don’t like buying anything from a salesperson so I was not excited when Steve approached us in the parking lot. However, I soon realized that Steve is a great person and he made my family and I feel welcome. After looking at several trucks with no plan to buy one, we found the perfect truck for our family and decided to take it for a test drive. We loved the truck, but decided to sleep on it. I let Steve know the next day that the payment was a bit too high and that we weren’t interested. Steve was very understanding and did not pressure me to make a purchase. After talking with his manager Ryan, Steve called me a couple days later to let me know that his Manager Ryan felt like we really liked the truck so he called the credit union and was able to help us with the terms. The changes Ryan helped with allowed us to proceed with the purchase! We ended up using Prime Trust Federal Credit Union which i also highly recommend and they were able to offer us a rate that was 8-10% lower than Carvana’s best offer! All told, we ended up with a great truck, a great loan and I am happy to recommend Steve, Ryan & the Ed Martin team!! Don’t make the same mistake I did! Don’t waste six months searching online for a vehicle you can’t even see in person because the folks at Ed Martin can get you a better vehicle at a better price with lower miles and a MUCH LOWER INTEREST RATE!
