My vehicle was an unplanned, no appointment, drop-off. I really didn't have an immediate assigned service manager/advisor, and spoke with three different persons over the ensuing 4 days. Arrived at the Service Center, checked in and dropped off my keys and sat in the waiting area. It wasn't mentioned during check-in and I figured I'd just wait and see if they checked it without being reminded. Sure enough, they did! Used my FordPass Rewards which covered my service. In and out in the amount of time I had accounted for. That's all a guy can ask for! More
