Just had our first oil change on our Explorer. I talked with a service advisor, sales manager, parts manager and three sales people while there. Scott exemplifies professionalism, empathy and what customer service should be. I was overwhelmed with finding oil on my garage floor. As no service appointments were immediately available he found a t customer service should be. I was overwhelmed with finding oil on my garage floor. As no service appointments were immediately available he found a time slot for me to come in for a look at the problem and to make sure the car is driveable until I could get an appt next week. I could tell that the service dept. was busier than I have ever experienced. He remained friendly and showed genuine concern for my problem. It turned out to be an easy fix with a loose oil filter. The car was ready and washed within a ninety minutes and I was so impressed with the entire experience. In our crazy new world of short staff and short tempers, it is so refreshing to find someone like Scott who cares deeply about his job and customers. Szott Ford is so fortunate to have him represent their business. THANK YOU Scott. More
