Didn’t have the best experience at RedWing as we were there for nearly 6 hours which should have only taken 3-4 hours at max. The back and forth with the other guys could have been prevented by then just there for nearly 6 hours which should have only taken 3-4 hours at max. The back and forth with the other guys could have been prevented by then just coming out and talking instead of the middle person going back and forth. The vehicle could have gotten cleaned and gassed up while we were doing financial stuff but they waited till we were done with all our stuff then decided to do all that which made it an even longer wait. The gentleman doing the paperwork didn’t really know how to run the system very well as he argued with me about the special plates I wanted. They waited 2 weeks to register the vehicle in my name which put my license plates out that much longer and we still don’t have those and we’re about a month out. We get new vehicles about every 2 years and this was probably one of the longest and unpleasant experiences I’ve had. The guys were pleasant just not very organized. More

Kevin Diets was so frendly he made made the sale of dales truck quick and easy , we looked for a truck for Dale. we were looking for over 2 years .When it just so happen that 2 trucks came up i called and aa truck quick and easy , we looked for a truck for Dale. we were looking for over 2 years .When it just so happen that 2 trucks came up i called and aasked them to hold them we are almost 2 hours away . he really held them , we had a bad experiance with a diffrent dealeship .thank you allso much Dale is very pleased about them actually holding the truck . twe thank More
