I had a pretty easy time picking out my new car but the guy who helped me (Chris) treated me like I was an easy sell and didn't really let me know a lot about the car. Luckily, I had done my own research before coming in. I just drove the car and walked it and noticed a few dents and another issue. When I brought them up he pretty much ignored them or said that Mazda would fix it themselves after the purchase. I double-checked if that information had been put into my file while I was doing financing and he had never even mentioned it. So the person helping me do financing was the one who helped me. We would ask about specifics on the car and the salesman would say that there are plenty of other people would like to get it so I did feel a little pressured. More
