New car buying without stress, hassle and mistrust I did a lot of research with Twin City Area Dealers on the purchase of my 3rd Murano and IGH was the best dealership to work with! * They were resp I did a lot of research with Twin City Area Dealers on the purchase of my 3rd Murano and IGH was the best dealership to work with! * They were responsive to calls, emails and questions. * They were upfront with information (factful not misleading). * We made an appointment with a specific sales rep and he came in on his day off to help us out. At other dealships, we waited over an hour for an appt. we had set up. * The salesman sat in the car with us and showed us how to use the new technology - was careful to ask questions and make sure we understood. * Even the process of the financial paperwork (usually a tense experience) was pleasant. Very details and patient to explain all the information. This is the 2nd new car I've bought from IGH Nissan. Next time I'm buying a car, I wont waste my time and energy going to other dealerships. Thank you Scott / IGH for the terrific support and service. More
