I am sorry you feel as though you treated poorly so I did do some digging into your issue before answering your review of our store. You chose to purchase this used vehicle despite the fact that it had a few small cosmetic flaws, as used cars often do. If you were in the market for a new Civic we could have made that happen for you at our Honda store, though there would have been a substantial price difference. You're chief complaint is the lack of a second key, which I do understand. As is the case with used cars, they do not always come to us with everything they shipped from the factory with. They are often missing keys, floor mats, books, etc. My understanding of this is we offered to have a second key made for you, and asked only that you split the cost, and bring the original key you had here so we could duplicate it. I am sorry if that is not convenient for you but without your key our lock smith has nothing to work from.

I should of been made aware of the missing key in the first place. Then we could of handle this in the negotiations.i felt as though I was blindsided with the missing key after financing was done. As for the offer for the split of the cost,this only came after several days of dealing with Scott and being told nothing we can do. I had to ask for the manager to to get this offer of splitting the cost. As for the nicks and scratches? I am aware that this is a used car, but I am also aware that there are plenty of used cars without these defects and that was my original question to the salesman. Once again my big complaint is not being told about the key until all was complete.. I shouldn't have to split cost on something that should of been included in the first place.
