Helpful, patient and knowledgeable service My experience started with requesting e-price for some of the vehicles online. I was called by someone who identified as Subaru concierge who said th My experience started with requesting e-price for some of the vehicles online. I was called by someone who identified as Subaru concierge who said that I had an appointment to see the cars, and to simply identify myself at the reception desk. When I arrived, reception had no idea of an appointment. Scott quickly came to help me and we identified the vehicles I wanted to see. I test drove several cars, and had numerous questions. Scott was helpful and never high pressure in making the sale. The prices were competitive with other dealers. I was happy that the used cars were already Subaru certified. I purchased one of the cars I saw online. Both Scott, and Rhonda in finance were good to work with and provided a good car purchase experience. More

After that i gave them a second chance to work on my wifes car i wanted there quote for some simple stuff and the quote was insane i had them do the lower exhaust manifold witch they xxxxed up i had to re drop off and uber back home 2 times till they got it right. Then there was a number to call to the service manager if they didnt do it right called him still havent heard from him. Oh and the 3800 they quoted me for i bought the parts for about 400 and installed it in about 4 hours without a lift. My experience has been horrible i still feel likr they really just dont give a xxxx if u buy from them or own and need work i only buy dodge and jeep and now i will have to find a dealer that actually cares More
