Outstanding sales team, extremely honest and no game playing Our family was in the market for a car and stopped at Wilde to look at a few options. We met with Scott Hytry who treated us with respect and honesty. I told him that we were interested in a few different models but we needed to see what would fit our family the best. He provided us with a few options for test drives and then gave us time to talk without being "pushy". We told him that the charger fit our needs, but it would have to be very clean with lower miles. 2 days later he called me and said, "I think I found the car that fits all of your requirements". I stopped and looked at the car on a Friday afternoon and he was absolutely correct. The car he located was the perfect color, had the correct options and was extremely clean. Saturday morning we went to Wilde and test drove the car. 2 hours later we owed a very clean, well maintained, well optioned Charger R/T. Best of all we were treated very well. Scott Hytry was my salesman and he made the entire process smooth and easy. I found the vehicle I was interested in online, and with being located over 2 hrs from the dealership, I wanted to be sure that by the time I was able to get there to look at the car, that it would still be available. Scott told me what I needed to do in order for this to happen. I asked him if he could take a look at the car both inside an out which he did. When I got there, the car was in better condition than I had expected. Completing the deal went without a hitch. At first I was a little hesitant to make a purchase from a dealer out-of-town, but because of honest sales reps, and the way Wilde Dodge Ram values customers, I am glad I chose to make the purchase from them. After Sale Service I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I drove the car home I noticed things wrong with it I did notice at the time of the test driv I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I drove the car home I noticed things wrong with it I did notice at the time of the test drive. When I contacted them they said they would look at it and I would have to pay half the service cost if something needed to be fixed. Well after a bunch of running around I take my vehicle back and they claim to have found nothing wrong with the car, after some time I found the problem and ended up fixing it myself. Not going to trust that service department to wash my windows let alone fix a car since they couldn't even figure out the problem I was having. Now I am having more issues with this car and inquired about getting my car back, Salesman apologized and said they would do "anything" to make me happy, as long as that was to trade this vehicle I just bought from them and buy the car I traded into them, basically not doing anything to make the customer happy, just adding more to their wallets. They won't even cut me a break on prices or values to help the situation. I will never go to this dealership ever again, and I would suggest you all be aware of the shadiness that this place runs under. More
