car buying experience I was looking for a new used vehicle to purchase and saw one online that North Country was selling. I went to look at it and Scott came over right aw I was looking for a new used vehicle to purchase and saw one online that North Country was selling. I went to look at it and Scott came over right away and was very helpful. After a test drive (and much looking online and at other dealers) I decided that this was the vehicle for me and Scott was efficient and professional in walking me through that process. Upon being turned over the their financing department I worked with Larry who was also very nice, efficient and professional during that process. More

They walked me thru all the features and when I went back to have the undercoating applied I had them refresh me on a couple of the features. Chevy Malibu I was interested in a new-ish (2015) Chevy Malibu; not because I don't like ford vehicles I just prefer the look of the new Malibus. I found one on t I was interested in a new-ish (2015) Chevy Malibu; not because I don't like ford vehicles I just prefer the look of the new Malibus. I found one on the North County Ford website that fit exactly what I was looking for. I went online and scheduled an appointment. Scott contacted the next day via phone and email to confirm my test drive and ask if I had any questions. We exchanged a few emails and I went for a test drive and to discuss trading in my current vehicle. Much to my surprise when they ran the Carfax the report showed I was the 3rd owner (I'd purchased that vehicle also from a dealer) and that the vehicle had been reported a total loss in 2010 (I'd NEVER filed an insurance claim on that vehicle). I was able to prove both accounts were inaccurate and it ultimately didn't negatively impact my trade-in. The entire experience with Scott and the other employees was positive and easy. I feel I got a good deal on my trade-in, my purchase and my financing. All of this and I wasn't even buying a Ford. Ha. I would definitely purchase from them in the future and recommend them to others looking for a positive and easy vehicle purchase experience. Thank you Scott and the North Country Ford team. More

I went on-line and did some research and selected North Country Ford. I worked with Scott Jensen, Larry Wald, and Brandy and can honestly say it was the most enjoyable new vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. They provided all of the information I was looking for as well as providing me many options and choices. Whatever "formula" you are using their at North Country Ford, keep up the good work, I know I made the right choice.
