Ford Fusion trade in for Jeep Willys I went to the champaign chrysler dealer on a Wednesday, and looked at both a challenger, and jeep wrangler. I test drove both vehicles and I was not overly pressured by my sales person, (scott) to make a purchase that day. I appreciated not being pressured into a deal, and I came back Friday to negotiate the price on the jeep. The process was relatively smooth, and quick. Both the floor manager (Dave) and Scott were great to work with, and I would highly recommend this dealership for a great car buying process. Randy, in finance, was also a pleasure to work with. Outstanding Service We came to this dealership in hopes of trading in our vehicle for a more reliable one. After finding the perfect car for our family we spoke with Scot We came to this dealership in hopes of trading in our vehicle for a more reliable one. After finding the perfect car for our family we spoke with Scott to try and make a deal. At first it didn't seem as though we'd be walking away with a new car, but he listened to our concerns and assured us that we would be taken care of and that they value our business. We ended up speaking with Dale as well and he was extremely compassionate to our situation. They worked hard to get us where we needed to be, and in the end, we walked away extremely satisfied and with the perfect vehicle. These two gentlemen took exceptional care of us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
