From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I drove away in my new car I was as the most important person in the room. Tony made everything run very smooth. While we were on our test drive he had the staff appraise my trade-in car. Once we returned Tony put everything in writing for me to review. I wanted to take a few hours to step back and discuss with my spouse. Tony did not pressure me at all and told me to take my time and for me to reach out later in the afternoon. Once I had decided that this was the perfect car for me I called Tony and headed back to the dealership. By time I arrived Tony had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go. He had Scott finish up with financial paperwork. Scott was very polite and efficient. Way to go team. You were amazing! More
