Sasha was very great from the beginning of the experience. He showed me all of the options that fit my criteria and pulled several cars from the showroom for me to test drive. During the negotiation he was able to provide me with a discount on the maintenance plan I wanted even though in this market getting a discount on anything car related is so rare. Like every dealership, there’s a lot of “wait right here” and “I’ll be right back” as the salesperson needs to consult other people for inventory and pricing. That was annoying but Keenan (sales guy) and Scott (paperwork guy) made it as easy as possible. Also just an overall beautiful space with helpful staff and quality snacks. It only they gave out cookies with the purchase of a new car like the Lexus dealership down the street! More
