Best prices and selections I could find in Central Florida I had been looking for a newer, low mileage vehicle to replace my older car. When I finally decided on the make and model that I wanted, I began searching the Internet for dealers that had what I was looking for. HGreg had exactly what I wanted and at a price that was considerably lower than the competition. I searched high and low, and even considered those sites that would deliver a car to me that weren't local. Nobody could beat the value of the choices available at HGreg. The sales representative was very helpful and took all the time I needed to answer questions, drive the car, explain how HGreg is a little different than many other dealers and was just plain friendly. He, Scott Martin, even came in on his day off to make sure I got the car I wanted. It was the only day I could come in and Scott saw to it that everything went as smooth as possible for me. All the people that I dealt with at the Orlando HGreg dealership were helpful and did whatever they could to make my buying experience as pleasant as possible. The area that they need to improve on is how long it takes to get everything done. I didn't finance my purchase,and had all my resources and information available but it still took over three hours to drive away with my car. Each department took longer than I felt it should have to deliver the vehicle more quickly. Other than that, I can't say anything negative about HGreg at this time. As a matter of fact, I'm in the market for a second used car and am considering them at the top of my list of dealers to buy from. If they were quicker with their sales process, I would give them five stars. More

However, we have noticed HGreg online just the night before and decided to pay them a visit because of really nice selection of vehicles. When we arrived we found out that they have just opened two weeks ago. We were greeted by Scott who was assisting us through the process of selecting and testing several vehicles until we were happy and confident with our choise. This is not our first car but the best car buying experience so far. It was very smooth, no pressure, no negotiations. Scott had all the answers for us and acted more like a consultant on our behalf.
