In mid August I stopped at Ken Ganley because I needed a truck right now . . I went to Ken Ganley looking for a new Tacoma Access cab 4x4 and found out that model only comes in the 4x2 . Not the dealership truck right now . . I went to Ken Ganley looking for a new Tacoma Access cab 4x4 and found out that model only comes in the 4x2 . Not the dealership’s fault . They had 4x4 Tacoma’s but I wanted to stay under 40K and all stock was over that . When I went into the showroom I was met with friendly and welcoming staff. Scott Masters asked if he could help me and he found out what I was looking for and showed me some used Tacoma’s that were in my price range. Scott’s knowledge of the products was impressive and helpful . My only regret is the truck I was looking for wasn’t on the lot . I could have ordered one but it would have taken a long time for it to come in . I ended up buying the truck I wanted at another dealership and the salesperson was lacking so bad compared to Scott. If anyone is looking for a salesperson that knows what they are talking about, see Scott Masters. I spent 30 years in the car business so I have some experience in what I’m saying. I felt so bad I bought some Nancy B’s chocolate chip cookies for Scott and told him my wife and I only buy Toyota’s and they will be from him only. More
