Replace the Having trouble with the automatic Shuffle shut off feature. Robert, the service manager, had it checked out and found I had a bad battery. Replace the battery under warranty. He also showed me how to use the Lincoln app with special features like Auto starting the car. I was unaware of this and it was helpful. He also reminded me that I was entitled to have the car picked up and returned for service and a loaner car would be provided. I've never used this feature before and made it more appealing to do in the future. Why no Service catagory with names listed like Sales? More

After This dealership was amazing. Came in around nine in the morning, with an exact car in mind. After being promptly greeted we were sent to Scott. After some short negotiations to get the price I needed, we began paperwork. After that I was introduced to the service and parts department. Then we waited in the lobby as my new car was detailed. Ten minutes later I was ready to go. Every part of this process was smooth and efficient. I will be a returning customer. More
