Dealership has become large used car depot So sad to see this Lincoln dealership turn into a low class used car depot. Service representative was friendly/courteous and was able to tell me exactly was was needed, why, the cost, and when the next service was needed and what items needed to be addressed at that time. My car was returned cleaned and in perfect condition. I have dealt with the various Service Representatives at Plaza, and they all have the same work ethic - that, as a Lincoln owner, my satisfaction is the only priority!! More
