I was originally going to purchase a 2024 Chevy Trailblazer, but at the last second, did a 180 and made a visit to Ken Ganley Kia in Mentor. I was interested in their Seltos EX. We went into Kia knowing that we needed a car but also knowing the current car climate. We sat down with Scott and after several minutes of conversation got to know him as a friendly and kind person. He put us at ease about the process and did not try to bs in any way. He is genuine. We went out on a test drive, he didn’t push or try to hype anything he just pointed things out and let us experience the vehicle. When there was a hiccup in the process he worked to figure it out so we could purchase the car. Scott is honestly a great guy and a pleasure to work with. During our conversations we came to find out that Scott is a foster parent and as foster/adoptive parents ourselves we can’t thank Scott enough for what he is doing for our youth. Thank you Scott!!
