Excellence Start to Finish I do not live on Long Island. I’m 6hrs away in Rochester NY, but that did not stop Scott, Amy, Mike and the whole crew at Novak from giving me top of I do not live on Long Island. Scott worked with me over the phone to verify the car and the details, including price. He took my deposit over the phone (something other dealerships had declined to do), helped me arrange train transportation to Long Island, and even had his colleague pick me up at the station. Amy helped me with the financing warranty options without being pushy. Everyone was so nice and knowledgable. I highly recommend Novak motors! More
