Great Purchase Experience - Highly Recommended! I don't normally write reviews but I had such an outstanding experience that I wanted to write this. I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape from Krieg I don't normally write reviews but I had such an outstanding experience that I wanted to write this. I purchased a used 2018 Ford Escape from Krieger Ford. Scott Mortland helped me with the purchase and was fantastic. I visited Krieger Ford to look at the vehicle, but needed to disappear to a quick meeting for work and then return. Scott allowed me to do an extended test drive to my meeting. I appreciated the extra time I had with the vehicle and it made me more comfortable with my decision to purchase. Scott was excellent and really seemed to care about my experience and how I felt about the vehicle. My purchase occurred near closing time, and Scott didn't hesitate to stay late to make sure I understood the features of the car. Also even though it was so late, I didn't feel rushed. Next time I'm in the market to buy, I'll return to Scott at Krieger Ford. I also got the opportunity to interact with Dennis Fritz (Sales) and Harold Samour (Finance). I had an excellent experience with these staff members as well. Overall if you're looking for an honest dealer, a simple transaction, and excellent staff, then Krieger Ford is the dealer you're looking for. More

Great Purchase Experience for my Edge with Scott Mortland When I arrived at 3:00 PM on 4/24, the sales manager Dan Kehrer was very welcoming and gave me a nice overview of the Edge's features prior to meeting When I arrived at 3:00 PM on 4/24, the sales manager Dan Kehrer was very welcoming and gave me a nice overview of the Edge's features prior to meeting my Sales Consultant Scott Mortland. During the sales process, Mr. Mortland was very helpful in explaining to me the essential functional features of the Edge, including the warnings and using the forward camera, which I would need to understand prior to my taking the vehicle on a test drive back to my home, to make sure that it would fit in the tight quarters of my garage. Also, during the write-up for the deal, Scott explained the terms very well and honestly, such that I was completely satisfied with the purchase price. After my second test drive the following day with my daughter, Scott and I closed the deal in a very cordial and efficient manner. And subsequent to my taking delivery, Scott has followed up to make sure all is well with my ownership and enjoyment of my new ST AWD Edge, including sending me the vehicle-specific web link and the Orientation Guide PDF. More
